What should I do if my password isn't working?
First, try typing your password, remember it is case sensitive and re-enter username in all lowercase. If it still is not working, you can call our office at 1-317-233-2010 Option 3 or toll free phone at 888-4IN-E-GOV (1-888-446-3468) during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and we will be glad to assist you.
If we need to add one or more users and obtain passwords for them, what does our company need to do?
Adding users is easy! Your subscription entitles you to ten (10) user names and passwords. If you have not exceeded the allotted 10 users, then vist the Subscriber Center Page and click on the add/delete user accounts option. Fill out this form and send it via U.S. Mail or fax and will notify you of the new user ID's and passwords. The additions/deletions are usually completed within 24-48 business hours. (See below for address and/or fax.)

What is a Client ID?
Client ID - The Client ID field is an optional field created to assist subscribers with tracking, such as allocating expenses incurred while conducting searches. The user determines what is inputted in the field, such as a customer name, account number, or department name.
How do I view charges for my entire account?
You must be the billing administrator with the managerial access. Once you have logged into the billing summary insert the month you wish to view. Then enter the account number in the box that state username or account number and click show bill.
How long does it take to set up a subscription?
24-48 business hours

How do I set up a subscription with IndyGov.Biz?
Go to the Subscriber Center Page and click on "Sign me up!"

What do I get with my subscription?
Reduced fees for available online services. Some services require a subscription to access.

How do I gain access to online permits with Marion County?
Pre-Approval required by Permit Division for 1st time users. Please click here to request approval.
