Database contains information from 1991 to the present. It is continually updated. Search requests may take 1-3 minutes due to available computer processing speeds.

There is no charge to conduct the Name Search. There is a $5.00 charge assessed to view each Case Summary. There is a $3.00 charge to view each Judgment Financial Activity Report.

You may search by either Indivdual name, Company name, or Cause Number.

 Optional Criteria for  Individual or Company Name Search

    These optional criteria are provided as a convenience for you to narrow search parameters. However, use of them is somewhat "risky". In many cases, they lead to successful search results. However, there are some inconsistencies in the database which may lead to a "no match found" reply when, in fact, there is a match. To maximize your chance of retrieving a match to your search, limit usage of the optional criteria or do not use.
