It is important to note that Indygov.biz is not replacing the traditional means for obtaining records or services; if those services are free, the public may continue to obtain them for free. Most of Indygov.biz's interactive services are geared toward business users. Research has shown that the majority of businesses are willing to pay a fee for instant access to records that might otherwise take weeks to obtain.
