First, try typing your password in all lowercase letters and re-enter. If it still is not working, you can call our office at 1-317-233-2010 or toll free phone at 1-888-4IN-E-GOV (1-888-446-3468) during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m Eastern Standard Time from October-April and Central Standard Time from May-September) and we will be glad to assist you.

A:

Upgrading is easy! Just send us a letter (on your letterhead) by mail, fax or email stating that you "would like to upgrade account #123456 (insert your account number) to include CivicNet (or accessIndiana)." The annual subscription fee for both networks is $75.00, while a subscription to a single network is $50.00 annually.
